Introduction
You can use the forwarding tools in Inbox to automatically forward incoming emails to the selected email address, disable forwarding, and check if forwarding is configured on your accounts.
Setup & Recommendations
- To manage your Outlook accounts, you need to add your accounts to Inbox. Click here to learn how to add your account credentials to Inbox.
- You can configure the number of tasks that run concurrently in Settings > Mail | Account Tools.
- Outlook Email Forwarding requires a phone number to be added to your account and consistently forwards your emails in a timely manner. We recommend using this forwarding option.
- Outlook Rule Forwarding does not require SMS verification, but it is inconsistent with forwarding emails in a timely manner, and the rule is often disabled, which stops forwarding entirely.
