Generator - Getting Started Guide

What is Generator?

Generator is a tool provided by AYCD that allows you to generate Servers and Datacenter Proxies.

Servers | Proxies | Tips and Tricks

Servers

When starting Generator, the first tab is the Servers option. Under Servers, you will be able to generate servers, create Images of servers that you can create more servers or restore from, and lastly add and manage your provider credentials in order to create servers. When using Generator for Server and Proxy generation, it is important that you regularly check the Account and Billing dashboard of the providers you use. This will help ensure that you do not leave instances running and are aware of all charges to your account.

Adding Provider Credentials

While in the Credentials option, you can add providers for generating both servers and proxies, here it is important to note that the only providers that allow for generating servers currently are Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). If you do not already have the information required to add a Provider, such as AWS or GCP, you can click here to learn how to set up an account.

  1. To add a Provider, press the Create button.
  2. Select a Provider from the dropdown.
  3. Name the Credential so that you can easily differentiate and identify it.
  4. Add the required information for the Credential as each Provider will have slightly different information.

Creating a Server

Once you have added Credentials for either AWS or GCP, you can begin to use that to create instances. As we are in the server section, we will look at creating a server. When creating a server, we have options to create multiple servers at once or creating within multiple regions. We also have the ability to create servers using Images, set the Time Zone of the server, and preinstall things like Google Chrome or Discord.

  1. Press File > Create this will bring up a dialog where you will be able to specify a name for the server, choose the provider and credentials, and other information to create the server.
  2. Once you have finished configuring the settings for the server you can press the create button in order to start the creation process.
  3. This will start the server's Initialization process where it will set up and begin to run.

Connecting to Servers

Once you have created and your server is setup you will see the Running status. This means that your server has finished initializing and is ready to be connected to.

  1. In order to connect to a generated server, you need to have a server running.

You can also export the RDP files for servers in order to import them into Server Managers or move them to other devices. To do this go to File > Export.

Stopping and Destroying Servers

Once you have a server created you have options to stop a server on the Provider, allowing you to stop and eventually resume the server. When stopping Servers, it is important to remember that there are still costs associated with them. You can read about those costs here: AWS | GCP

Creating and Managing Images

A new feature to Generator is the ability to create Server Images and to be able to create servers from those Images. Server Images create a copy of the server state, both the programs installed and files on the computer, allowing you to resume use of the server at a later date or create dedicated servers with your setup for drops. Keep in mind there is a small cost associated with storing Instance Images. You can view the Pricing for GCP, and AWS. In order to create an image of a server, you need to have a server running.

  1. Right Click on a Server and Press Create Instance Image.
  2. Name your Instance and then save the Instance. It will take some time to create, but the status will change to Available once it is done.

Once you have an Instance Image Available you can do things like creating copies for different regions, syncing the status, or deleting the images. 2020-12-12_03-37-12__2_.gif

Proxies

Proxies is the second tab within Generator. Under Proxies, you will be able to generate proxies, manage your provider credentials in order to create proxies, and lastly, add proxy lists into Generator for use when generating Cookies and Accounts. When using Generator for Server and Proxy generation it is important that you regularly check the Account and Billing dashboard of the providers you use. This will help ensure that you do not leave instances running and are aware of all charges to your account.
