If you are having issues updating the Toolbox, you may see symptoms such as:
- Not being able to update applications, such as Spoof, the Billing Converter, ServerGen or being unable to start them.
- Always being asked to update the Toolbox when you launch it.
If you are experiencing these symptoms it is likely due to being on an older version of the Toolbox that had some auto-updating issues. An example of this may be if your Toolbox is on the old design instead of the new one as illustrated in the image below:

Since the auto-update function does not work on the previous version you will need to download the latest version of the Toolbox from the account dashboard. To learn more about how to download the Toolbox you can visit this guide. Once you download the latest update to your Toolbox it will look similar to the screenshot below.
