Introduction
You can view search history related to your Traffic Campaigns to have a better understanding of if your query’s are finding your target domain.
Setup & Recommendations
- You need to have tasks created and farming for Search History to populate. Click here to learn how to create tasks.
- You need to create Campaign(s) for Search History to populate. Click here to learn how to create Campaign(s).
View Search History
1. Navigate to the Search History section in Traffic. This section has an icon resembling a clock titled Search History when you hover over it.
2. You can view your Search History in the tableview. An example of the Search History section can be found in the image below.
3. You can double-click a query to view additional details such as:
- Title: The title of the webpage that was viewed.
- URL: The URL of the webpage that was viewed.
- Page: Which page the result was on.
- Index: Which spot on the page the result was on.
- Match: If your query found the intended URL when performing a search.
- Clicked: If the webpage was clicked on.
4. Click the Export button to export the additional details for a specific query related to Search History.
Export Search History
1. Navigate to the Search History section in Traffic. This section has an icon resembling a clock titled Search History when you hover over it.
2. Select the Search History you want to export. Click the Export button.
3. A dialog will appear asking if you want to proceed with the export. Click the Yes button to proceed.
4. A dialog will appear asking if you want to open the exported file's location. Click the Yes button to view the file.
