TabSentry - Tasks - Browsers - How to Enter Google Form/Any Raffles

Introduction

You can create tasks in TabSentry to mass-enter raffle releases.

Setup & Recommendations

Creating Your Custom Autofill Config

1. Navigate to the Tasks > Browsers section in TabSentry. This section has an icon that looks like a globe titled Browsers.

2. Select your tasks, right-click > Actions > Mass URL Change, input the link to the raffle you want to enter, and click the Load URLs button.

3. Start one of your tasks. Manually fill out the form and answer each question in the raffle. Do not submit your entry after filling out the raffle.

4. After filling out the raffle, click the Tools button and select Create Custom Autofill Config. The Custom Autofill Task Feature will appear.

The Custom Autofill Task Feature dialog will display the autofill data you filled out on the page.

- TabSentry will attempt to scrape all the fields and automatically match them with correlating fields in your task and billing address.

- Sometimes, TabSentry cannot scrape each Selector and correlate it to the proper data. When this happens, you need to assign data to selectors manually. For example, above, you can see what TabSentry scraped automatically.

- Some of the selectors have assigned "None" to the data. You can double-click a selector or click the edit button to edit it. In this example form, each Selector is in the same order as the Google form, making it easy to determine which data goes with which Selector.

- Below is an example of the Custom Autofill Items section filled out.

- If you encounter an issue where Custom Autofill will not save, you must ensure that every Selector has Data assigned to it. You cannot save a Custom Autofill Item that does not have matching Data. I've included an example of a Custom Autofill config that is incorrectly configured below.

- Click here for an in-depth view of how to use Custom Autofill.

5. After configuring your Custom Autofill Task Feature, click the Save button.

6. A dialog will appear asking if you want to update any of your browser tasks with the new custom autofill config. Click the Yes button.

7. Select the Tasks you want to assign your new Custom Autofill Feature Configuration. You Must Assign it to your Tasks for it to work.

8. After assigning your Custom Autofill Feature to your tasks, click the Save button.

9. Select one of the tasks you assigned the Custom Autofill Feature to and start the task.

10. Open Task Assistant and navigate to the Features section. Click the Autofill button in the Actions column of your Custom Autofill Feature Config. Your Custom Autofill config will trigger and autofill all selectors on the page.

Utilizing MBC Recordings

1. Once you have confirmed your Custom Autofill config is working correctly, you can create an MBC Recording. For an in-depth view of how to create an MBC Recording, click here.

2. Navigate to the Tasks > Browsers section in TabSentry. This section has an icon that looks like a globe titled Browsers.

2. Select one of your tasks, right-click > Tools > Create MBC Recording, click the Tools button, select the Create MBC Recording option, and click Start. Specify a Category and a Name for your MBC Recording.

4. Specify if you want to Show Browser on Start and if you want to Keep Browser Open When Replay Completed. I prefer to show the browser on Start if any issues come up. I can manually correct them once the recording is complete.

5. After configuring the dialog, click the Save button. Your task will begin recording your actions in the browser. When you trigger Custom Autofill in Task Assistant, the MBC Recording will log and remember this so that when you replay the recording on your other tasks, Custom Autofill is triggered. Below, I've included an example video of what creating an MBC Recording looks like!

6. After you have created your MBC Recording, you can replay that recording on your other tasks. Select your tasks, right-click > Tools > Replay MBC Recording, or click the Tools button, select the Create MBC Recording option, and click Start

7. Select the MBC Recording you just created, and click the Start button.

8. Your tasks will begin entering the raffle. Below, I've included an example video of what replaying an MBC Recording looks like!

9. You have successfully created a Custom Autofill template, created an MBC Recording, and replayed that MBC Recording on your task. You can apply this logic to any raffle. Below, I've included an example of using all of these features to enter a Travis Scott raffle release.
