Introduction
You can add Mail Credentials to TabSentry to automatically scan your emails for OTP codes through IMAP. This will enable easy viewing and auto-fill access to streamline your workflow.
Setup & Recommendations
- The data in all Toolbox programs is secured and encrypted automatically. Given the sensitive nature of Billing and Credit Card information, you can further secure data in TabSentry with a Password Lock.
- Use categories to simplify organization.
- You can mass/bulk import your IMAP Mail Credentials via CSV format. If your IMAP Mail Credentials are already stored in one of our other applications, you can use the Transfer from Another App option to mass/bulk import your Accounts.
- Most Email Services require you to use an App Password to access your email through IMAP. Some services, such as Outlook, do not require you to use an App Password if 2FA is not enabled on the Account.
