TabSentry - Tasks - Browsers - Create One Task / Many Tasks / Import / Import from Profile Builder / Export

Introduction

You can create tasks in TabSentry to mass enter queue and raffle releases, manage multiple accounts with unique browser sessions, and many other use cases. You can create individual or bulk tasks.

Setup & Recommendations

  • The data in all Toolbox programs is secured and encrypted automatically. Given the sensitive nature of Billing and Credit Card information, you can further secure data in TabSentry with a Password Lock.
  • You can navigate to the Tasks > Browsers section of TabSentry and click File - Export to download an example CSV file with the TabSentry Tasks import format.
  • Use categories to simplify organization.
  • If you already have existing Browser Tasks in Profile Builder, you can import them to TabSentry.
  • If you want to have autofill access to address and payment information, you should add them to TabSentry before creating your tasks. Click here to learn how to create / import Profiles to TabSentry.
  • If you want to use proxies with your tasks, you should add them to TabSentry before creating your tasks. Click here to learn how to add proxies to TabSentry.
  • If you want to use Chrome Extensions with your tasks, you should add them to TabSentry before creating your tasks. Click here to learn how to add Extensions to TabSentry.

Create One Task / Many Tasks

1. Navigate to the Tasks > Browsers section in TabSentry. This section has an icon that looks like a globe titled Browsers.

2. Click on File and then Create One Task to create one Task. If you want to create multiple tasks at once, click the Create Many Tasks button. This will open the task creation dialog.

3. By default, Tasks are created in the All Category. You can override this and specify a category to have your Task created into a unique category.

4. Specify a Nickname for your Task.

5. Specify the Website URLs to use for your Task. The Username and Password provided above will only auto-fill on the Website URLs you have specified. These Website URLs will all be opened when the browser first launches.

6. If you are creating many tasks, specify the number of tasks to create in the Quantity field.

7. Specify which Browser Type you want to use for the Task. We support the following browsers:

-

Camo Chrome

  • If your objective is to keep your accounts alive and in good standing with Google, you should use Camo Chrome.
  • Camo Chrome is essential for using the Traffic & SEO modules.
  • Camo Chrome is our in-house anti-detect browser. It gives your tasks a unique fingerprint, even from the same device, reducing the risk of account bans and detections.
  • Camo Chrome can solve cf / reCaptcha challenges with AutoSolve and farming accounts/solvers.
  • Camo Chrome does not support the majority of account tools in OneClick.
  • Camo Chrome supports visibly seeing what your tasks are doing by clicking the eye on the task to show the browser.

AYCD Browser

  • AYCD Browser can solve most captcha challenges with AutoSolve and farming accounts/solvers.
  • AYCD Browser is very lightweight compared to the other browsers. You can run, on average, 3-4 AYCD Browsers for every 1 Chrome/Camo Chrome browser.
  • AYCD Browser supports all account tools, such as forwarding, enabling 2FA, changing passwords/recovery emails, and more.
  • AYCD Browser supports visibly seeing what your tasks are doing by clicking the eye on the task to show the browser.

Chrome

  • Chrome can solve cf / reCaptcha challenges with AutoSolve and farming accounts/solvers.
  • Chrome is identical to using Chrome manually on your computer. We do not alter the fingerprint for each Chrome task.
  • Chrome does not support the majority of account tools in OneClick.
  • Chrome supports visually seeing what your tasks are doing by clicking the eye on the task to show the browser.

Brave

  • Brave is similar to Camo Chrome. We recommend trying Camo Chrome, and if you are having anti-bot issues, swap to Brave to see if you have more success.

8. If you want to use Extensions, specify which Extensions to use on your Tasks. Camo Chrome, Google Chrome, and Brave support Extensions. AYCD Browser does not support Extensions.

9. You can configure Autofill for your tasks. This will enable Autofill on specified Website URLs.

10. Specify a Username/Email and Password. If your account has 2FA (TOTP) configured, you can provide the Secret Key to view the 2FA code.

11. Specify a Profile to use for your Task. If you still need to create a Profile, you can create one with the Create New Profile button. This Profile will be available for Autofill on any website. Click here to learn more about Profile creation.

12. If you are creating many tasks, you can input multiple accounts at once in the Accounts field. Your accounts will be distributed between the created tasks. Each new account should be separated with a new line in either username:password:proxy or username:::password:::proxy.

13. Specify which Profiles to use for your Tasks. Your Profiles will be available for Autofill on any website. Click here to learn more about Profile creation.

14. You can assign a Proxy to your Task. If you have not added any proxies to TabSentry, add one with the Create New Proxy button. Click here to learn more about adding Proxies to TabSentry.

15. If you are creating many tasks, you can assign multiple Proxies to your tasks. Click here to learn more about adding Proxies to TabSentry.

16. You can assign Proxy Exclusions to your tasks. This will prevent your proxies from being used when you access certain website URLs. You should not use this feature unless you have a specific use case.

17. You can assign Custom Data to your tasks. This will be accessible from Task Assistant when running tasks for easy copy-paste access. This can be anything from queue entry codes to data related to your Task and more.

18. Click the Create button to create a Custom Data entry.

19. Specify a Key for your Custom Data entry. Then specify a Value for your Custom Data entry. The Value field will be accessible for easy copy-paste access.

20. Specify the Value Format for the custom data entry. You can choose Text or TOTP Secret Key.

21. After configuring the dialog, click the Save button. You can easily copy information from Custom Data and delete Custom Data with the trash can icon.

22. You can specify a Group Name for Multi-Browser Control (MBC). Multi-Browser Control (MBC) allows you to control multiple child browsers from one parent browser. MBC can mimic Mouse Movements, Keyboard Clicks, and Page Navigation. MBC enables you to automate tedious tasks such as auto-filling account details, entering queues, entering raffles, and more. This group determines which child browsers are controlled by the parent browser. Click here to learn more about Multi-Browser Control (MBC).

23. You can assign Features to your tasks. Features range from IMAP Mail OTP code detection, automated Activity Generation, Auto Refresh, and more. Click here to learn more about features.

24. You can optionally configure various Browser Options for your tasks.

25. Using the Create Many Tasks option, you can import your OneClick Browser Data or your Profile Builder Browser Data. This will automatically import the browser data from your OneClick tasks or Profile Builder Account Tasks to your TabSentry Tasks.

  • Importing OneClick Browser Data is useful for Google Forms raffles and sites that use reCaptcha.
  • Importing Profile Builder Browser Data is useful for doing additional work on your account tasks that Profile Builder does not support.

26. Specify which type of User Data you want to use with your task with the User Data Type dropdown.

- Select Local if you want your OneClick browser data copied. This will create a copy of your data. Sometimes, sessions are more frequently logged out when using this option.

- Select Remote if you want to use the same browser data directly. This option will keep your sessions logged in more consistently but can cause issues with your OneClick browser data since it uses the same user directory. Anything you do in TabSentry with a Remote task will also be reflected in your OneClick browser data.

27. You can configure which browser storage type to use with the Browser Data Storage Type dropdown.

  • Lightweight uses the least data and requires much less storage space. We have not noticed any downsides to using the lightweight option.
  • Standard mimics the browser data directory of a standard browser. It uses more data and requires more available storage.

28. After configuring your Task(s), click the Save button.

Import
