During login to the AYCD Toolbox on older versions of it, such as 2.0.4, you will be shown a white screen and be unable to login. This is caused by changes made to the login process in the most recent updates. To resolve this, you will need to go to the Website Dashboard and download the latest version of the Toolbox, as you will be unable to download it automatically. You can check what version of the Toolbox you are on in the bottom left-hand corner when trying to login. To see an example of what this issue looks like, please see the screenshot below.
