Inbox - Mail - Scraper Data - View/Import/Export

Introduction

You can import/export your Scraper Data via CSV format. You can easily import existing data and use the Send to Inventory Tool to populate your Inventory. Learn more about the Send to Inventory Tool here.

Setup & Recommendations

  • To Import, the first row in your CSV must contain headers. If you need an example of the CSV, please use the file -> Export option with no items selected to export an example file.

View Scraper Data

1. Navigate to the Scraper Data section of Inbox in Mail. When you hover over it, you will see an icon with three lines and dots titled Scraper Data.

2. Click the Scraper Templates dropdown button. The Choose Scraper Templates dialog will appear.

3. Select the scraper template(s) you want to view. Then, click the Save button.

4. Your scraper data will appear in the tableview.

5. You can choose multiple Scraper Templates to aggregate your data in one table view. The Combine Data Key dropdown can group your scraper templates by a common element. For example, in the image below, I am grouping my Supreme Order and Shipping confirmations by the Order Number. The Order Number is the same across both the Order and Shipping confirmations, so the order confirmation will be grouped with the matching shipping confirmation.
