AutoSolve AI - AI Desktop

Introduction

You can use AI Desktop to solve any reCaptcha v2 and hCaptcha 3x3 challenge that is fully visible on the screen. AI Desktop requires no additional developer work and is compatible with any solver, with the challenge fully visible on screen.

Setup & Recommendations

• To use AutoSolve AI Desktop, you will need a Toolbox, AutoSolve, and AutoSolve AI Subscription. Captcha Pass includes all three products at a discounted rate.

Enable AI Desktop

1. Navigate to the AI Desktop section in OneClick.

2. To enable AutoSolve AI Desktop, select at least one screen from the connected screens listed.

3. After you select a screen(s), click Enable AutoSolve AI Desktop.

Once a challenge is visible on macOS, you will see a prompt to enable certain system permissions. You must follow the prompts and enable the permissions for the Toolbox before AutoSolve AI Desktop can solve challenges.

Disable AI Desktop

1. Navigate to the AI Desktop section in OneClick.

2. To disable AutoSolve AI Desktop, unselect at least one screen from the connected screens listed or click Disable AutoSolve AI Desktop.

1. If you have an issue with AI Desktop, in a ticket, we may ask you to use the Save Debug Screenshot button with a captcha in view that is failing to solve. This allows us to troubleshoot and fix any issues that come up quickly.

Using AI Desktop

1. After you have enabled AutoSolve AI Desktop on a screen, any fully visible and unobstructed challenge will attempt to be solved one at a time after your mouse has been idle for longer than 1 second. You can use this to solve challenges in Safari, Mozilla Firefox, a bot solver(s) window, or any other place where you may receive a visible reCaptcha v2 and hCaptcha 3x3 challenge.
