Introduction
You can export your profiles from Profile Builder in lots of different formats. You can export them one by one or select multiples. Profiles are the starting point of numerous features throughout Profile Builder and contain tools to help you build the most complete profiles.
Setup & Recommendations
- The data in all Toolbox programs is secured and encrypted automatically. Given the sensitive nature of Billing and Credit Card information, you can further secure data in Profile Builder with a Password Lock.
- Use categories to simplify organization. Group by bot, website, address, and more.
Export Profiles
1. Navigate to the Profiles section in Profile Builder under Profiles. This section has an icon that looks like a book with a person on it titled Profiles when you hover over it.
2. Click on File and then Export. This will open the Export dialog.
4. Within the dialog, you can select the bot format(s) in which you wish to export the profiles. For example, in the screenshot below, I have decided to export the profile in the AYCD format.
5. Within the dialog, you can export your profiles to different files with the Split Profiles to different files checkbox. Then you can input how many profiles you want in each file in the Profiles Per File field. The checkbox Shuffle Profiles randomizes the order your profiles are in. This is useful if your bots create tasks based on the order of the profiles, as it means that each profile has an equal chance of being used, rather than the first few being consistently used.
6. After configuring how you wish the profiles to be exported, click the Export button.
7. You will then have the option to open the file location of the exported file. Click Yes, and your Finder/Windows Explorer window will open with the file(s) within.
Finding Previous Exports
1. Navigate to the Profiles section in Profile Builder under Profiles. This section has an icon that looks like a book with a person on it titled Profiles when you hover over it.
2. Click on Options and then Open Exports Folder. This will open a Finder/Windows Explorer window where all the exports are located.
3. Each of the folders is named after the bots format. You can use this to find any old exports you may need.
