Introduction
You can manually add profiles to Profile Builder or use the import feature to import profiles in bulk. The Generate profiles feature can create random profiles with fake address data. You can export your profiles from Profile Builder in lots of different formats. You can export them one by one or select multiples. Profiles are the starting point of numerous features throughout Profile Builder and contain tools to help you build the most complete profiles.
Setup & Recommendations
- The data in all Toolbox programs is secured and encrypted automatically. Given the sensitive nature of Billing and Credit Card information, you can further secure data in Profile Builder with a Password Lock.
- Use categories to simplify organization. Group by bot, website, address, and more.
Create Profiles
1. Navigate to the Profiles section in Profile Builder under Profiles. When you hover over it, the Profiles section icon looks like a book with a person on it.
2. Click on File and then Create.
3. This will open the New Profile dialog.
3. By default, profiles are created in the All Category. You can override this and specify a category name to have your Profile created into a unique category.
4. Specify a unique Profile Name for this profile. Size and Profile Group are optional fields that will only export with a format if the exported format supports it. You can use the checkbox for Same Billing and Shipping Address to avoid having to type the same details in both sections.
5. Fill out the remaining Profile details like Name, Email, Address, and Payment Card details.
6. After adding your profile details, you can randomize or jig certain information with the Jig button at the bottom of the Billing and Shipping Columns. You can expand the Advanced Jig view to have more control over the quick jigging options, and if you want to revert to the original information, press the Reset button.
7. After you have finished configuring the profile, you can save it using the Save button at the bottom right of the dialog. If you are editing a profile or want to create multiple copies of it, you can use the Save As button to create a copy of your current profile.
Generate Profiles
1. Navigate to the Profiles section in Profile Builder under Profiles. When you hover over it, the section has an icon that looks like a book with a person on it, titled Profiles.
2. Click on File and then Generate. This will open the Generate Profiles dialog. The Generate profiles feature can create random profiles with fake address data.
3. By default, profiles are created in the All Category. You can override this and specify a category name to have your Profile created into a unique category.
4. Specify a Name for your profiles.
5. Specify the Quantity of profiles to generate.
6. Specify the Gender Preference of the generated profile's first name.
7. Optionally, you can specify a U.S. Postal Code to generate address data for.
8. After configuring the dialog, click the Save button. Your profiles will be saved to the category specified in the Generate Profiles dialog.
Import Profiles
1. Navigate to the Profiles section in Profile Builder under Profiles. When you hover over it, the section has an icon that looks like a book with a person on it, titled Profiles.
2. Click on File and then Import. This will open the Import Profiles dialog.
3. Select the format you want to import with.
- If you want to use our CSV format, you can create a profile manually and export it using File> Export.
- When you are ready to import the profiles, click the blue page icon to the right of the text area and select the File. If you are importing the AYCD CSV, select the CSV/Google Sheet/Form format.
3. Click the Import button to add your profiles to Profile Builder.
4. If an asterisk is next to the format you want to use, you will use our AutoImport feature. This should be compatible with the majority of formats; however, it is possible that some values may not transfer over correctly. Ensure you inspect your profiles after importing to verify that all fields are filled and correct.
5. Profile Builder will import your profiles to the category name corresponding to your selected format.
Now you have added profiles in Profile Builder. You can now completely customize your profile setup.
Export Profiles
1. Navigate to the Profiles section in Profile Builder under Profiles. When you hover over it, the section has an icon that looks like a book with a person on it, titled Profiles.
2. Click on File and then Export. This will open the Export dialog.
4. Within the dialog, you can select the bot format(s) you wish to export the profiles. For example, in the screenshot below, I have decided to export the profile in CSV, Refract, and Valor 2.0 format.
5. Within the dialog, you can enable the Send to Discord checkbox to send the file to a Discord channel via a webhook. For this feature to work, ensure you have a webhook added to Settings > General.
6. Within the dialog, you can export your profiles to different files with the Split Profiles to different files checkbox. Then you can input how many profiles you want in each file in the Profiles Per File field.
7. The checkbox Shuffle Profiles randomizes the order in which your profiles are. This is useful if your bots create tasks based on the order of the profiles, as it means that each profile has an equal chance of being used, rather than the first few being consistently used.
8. After configuring how you wish the profiles to be exported, click the Export button.
9. You will then have the option to open the file location of the exported file. Click Yes, and your Finder/Windows Explorer window will open with the file(s) within.
Finding Previous Exports
1. Navigate to the Profiles section in Profile Builder under Profiles. When you hover over it, the section has an icon that looks like a book with a person on it, titled Profiles.
2. Click on Options and then Open Exports Folder. This will open a Finder/Windows Explorer window where all the exports are located.
3. Each folder is named after the bots format. You can use this to find any old exports you may need.
