Profile Builder - Accounts - Account Tuner - Nike SNKRS - Tools - Clear & Update Billing / Clear Billing

Introduction

You can quickly clear and/or update the billing and payment information on your Nike SNKRS accounts by utilizing Tuner Tools on your Nike accounts.

Setup & Recommendations

  • Tuner only supports Nike regions that have a language option for English.
  • You must have Google Chrome or Brave installed to use Tuner. If you do not have it installed, when you try to run a task, it will prompt you to install it.
  • If you are updating the Billing and Payment information on your Nike account, ensure that you have the correct Profiles assigned to the Tuner tasks.

Clear & Update Billing or Clear Billing

1. Navigate to the Account Tuner section in Profile Builder under Accounts. This section has an icon that looks like a play button titled Account Tuner when you hover over it. 

2. Select the Nike accounts you want to use to Update or Clear the Billing on.

3. Click on the Tools button at the top right of the view or right-click on the table and click on Tools. This will bring up the Tools dialog for Tuner.

4. Click the dropdown and choose Clear & Update Billing. If you just want to remove the billing or payment information on an account and not update it, choose Clear Billing.

5. Click Start.

6. If you chose to Clear Billing, a dialog will prompt you to ask if you just want to remove the Billing Information, the Payment Information, or both.

7. If you choose Clear & Update Billing, you will have a dropdown to use the default functionality, which replaces your account's billing and payment information. If you choose Update name on Nike.com account with name on the card, Profile Builder will update the name set when creating your Nike account to the one on your assigned profile.

8. Once the operation is finished, if the old information on your accounts was cleared and your new billing information was added, the task status will show Updated Account. If the task failed to input the address on your account, the task status would show Failed to Update Delivery. If the task could not input the payment information in your profile, the status would show Failed to Update Paymentaycd-profile-builder-account_updated.png
