Profile Builder - Accounts - Orders - Nike SNKRS - Creating a Return Label

Introduction

Returning an order is a tedious process without proper tools. Instead of manually logging in to all your accounts and going through the return process, you can use the Return Order tool in the Orders view to automate the entire process and easily access return shipping labels. 

Setup & Recommendations

  • Tuner only supports Nike regions that have a language option for English.
  • You must have Google Chrome or Brave installed to use Tuner. If you do not have it installed, when you try to run a task, it will prompt you to install it.
  • Before returning an order, you must run the Fetch Order tool so that your account's orders appear in the Orders view. 
  • If you want to update the status of an order after you have dropped it off to be returned, you can run the Fetch Order tool.

Returning an Order

1. Navigate over to the Orders section of Profile Builder in Accounts. This section has the cardboard box icon titled Orders when you hover over it.

2. Select the orders you want to return. 

3. Click on the Tools button at the top right of the view or right-click on the table and click on Tools. This will bring up the Tools dialog for orders.

4. Click the dropdown and choose Return Orders.

5. Click Start.

6. Specify a reason for the return. This is what will be filled by Profile Builder when Nike asks on their website. You should also specify the return type by clicking on the dropdown to select from the return options.

8. If you have already initiated a return for the selected orders, you can use the Download Label For Already Initiated Returns.

7. The operation will start. The task status will show Returned Order if the return is successfully initiated.

Now you can return orders across many accounts without wasting time manually creating a return for each order!
